Empress: No one other then Roze will ever have this rank.
General: Have the full trust of the Empress by showing full loyalty.
Officer Alts: Alts or the Empress, her Generals and Majors.
Major: Raid leaders, 1 year in the guild, or anyone that has went above and beyond expectations
Lt. : Be exceptionally helpful to guildies, have them tell the Empress
Sargent: Be exceptionally helpful to guildies
1st privet: Be lvl max when promo from cadet
Privet: Be under lvl max when promo from cadet
Cadet: Wait 10 days for promotion
